Support for Your Journey

These offerings are designed to support you through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with intention, education, and whole-body care. Explore services here.

1

Foundations of Physiologic Birth

This comprehensive, 5-week series offers a grounded approach to childbirth education. We explore how labor works, how the body and hormones interact, and how environment, movement, comfort measures, and support shape the birth experience. Alongside physiology, we discuss navigating medical systems, understanding common interventions, and making informed decisions that align with your individual sense of safety. This class creates space for knowledge, trust, and flexibility — honoring the reality that birth is nuanced and deeply personal.

2

Bloom: Comfort, Movement & Support

Bloom: Comfort, Movement & Support is a one-time class focused on understanding how the body experiences labor and how comfort can be supported through movement, environment, and nervous system awareness.

We explore both non-pharmacological and pharmacological pain relief options through a physiologic lens, offering practical tools while honoring individual choice and context.

3

Bloom: Preparing for Breastfeeding

This class offers a grounded, physiologic introduction to breastfeeding that centers connection, responsiveness, and trust. We explore how milk production works, how babies feed, and how anatomy, positioning, and environment influence the early feeding relationship. Rather than focusing on rigid rules or schedules, this class supports families in understanding common challenges, pumping when helpful, and creating a feeding environment that feels regulating and sustainable. The goal is not perfection, but confidence — built through understanding, flexibility, and support.

4

Bloom: VBAC & Reclaiming Trust

This class is designed for families seeking a deeper, more nuanced understanding of vaginal birth after cesarean. We explore the history and evidence surrounding VBAC, common reasons cesareans occur, and how safety is often defined differently depending on context. Together, we discuss choosing a supportive provider and birth setting, asking informed questions, and preparing both physically and emotionally for a VBAC that centers autonomy, physiology, and trust in the body’s capacity to birth.

5

Cranial-Sacral Therapy and Fascial Unwinding

This gentle, body-based work supports both parents and babies by addressing tension held in the nervous system and connective tissues. For babies, craniosacral and fascial unwinding can be supportive for feeding challenges, oral tension, and overall comfort. During pregnancy, this work helps create balance in the body, supports optimal fetal positioning, and encourages ease and adaptability as the body changes. The approach is subtle, non-invasive, and rooted in listening to the body — allowing space for regulation, connection, and unfolding.

6

Holistic Lactation

My lactation services focus on supporting both you and your baby as a whole. We look beyond just latch and schedules to uncover the root of feeding challenges, supporting milk supply, infant oral function, body tension, and maternal comfort. Each visit is individualized, gentle, and rooted in education, hands-on support, and empowerment—so you can feel confident, informed, and supported in your breastfeeding journey.
